Overview
ProteaseBlock 100× is a ready-to-use, DMSO-soluble cocktail providing broad-spectrum inhibition of serine, cysteine, aspartyl, and metallo-proteases. Compatible with standard lysis buffers and does not interfere with common downstream assays including Western blot, ELISA, and mass spectrometry.
